Cashmere obtained her Bachelors in Psychology from New Mexico State University then went on to become a certified school teacher. Soon after she went on to earn her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling. She taught Elementary School for 6 years and was a school counselor for 2 years. The most rewarding part of working in the school systems was the relationships she built with her students. Throughout the timespan of these relationships she was able to not only aid students in their academics but emotional wellbeing.

Cashmere has experienced many difficult times in her life. She believes that everyone is placed in your presence at a particular time for a greater reason.

Cashmere’s focus as a therapist is to compassionately work with others while creating a safe and supportive environment for her clients. She believes in a collaborative approach to therapy where her clients can express their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors without judgment. Cashmere is able to work closely with her clients to develop an individualized treatment plan to address their specific needs.
