Psychology Today Page

As a midlife career changer and empty nester, my path to counseling has been shaped by both professional and personal experiences. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University and specialize in integrating evidence-based practices with a compassionate and holistic approach to therapy.

Having navigated life’s transitions, I understand the complexities of relationships and the impact of our past on present-day realities. My goal is to support adults and couples in breaking free from negative cycles, healing attachment wounds, and fostering meaningful connections. I see therapy as a collaborative journey where we work together to meet your unique needs and goals.

I am a proud Texan, born and raised in Amarillo, and mother to two young adults. Over the years, my career has encompassed teaching, nonprofit leadership, yoga instruction, and staying at home to nurture my family. These experiences have enriched my understanding of resilience, growth, and human connection.
